Bab 151: Twisted Mindset

This time, Aria had her vines ready. Her arm was already bound by the vines, geared to latch to a wall and swing to the other side.

Rallaka immediately assisted the jump, giving Aria a platform to stand on. Aria repeated the same procedure to get above ground and heaved a breath.

"Alright, we're safe... Should be." Aria muttered.

Aria warily looked left and right and found that nothing had changed, to her dismay. 

She had been waiting for a surprise to just pounce on right as she got back on her feet, but there was nothing like that.

She frowned, released her grip on Alena and started walking around. Even after she had searched along with her spirits' help, nothing happened.

"Is this supposed to happen? Alena, what do you think? Did we take the wrong steps?" Aria cracked her knuckles, getting ready for a fight that was nowhere to be seen for now.
