Bab 11: 10

It's Friday. The break starts tomorrow, finally. But before that...

I sigh, turn off my alarm and mentally prepare myself. It's too soon to see Ezra again, but what choice do I have? I hope he won't talk about my strange behaviour, but he's been my best friend for six years now, so I highly doubt he won't notice.

I get out of bed, not feeling hungry. I prepare for school, fixing my hair and clothes, and decide to open the classroom earlier than usual. Some peace and quiet before the day starts..

Elijah and Isaiah arrive not too long after, though. They ask about the wedding and tell me about the movie they watched yesterday. The classroom slowly but surely gets filled with students, including Ezra. I wave at him, but avoid talking to him.

Of course, Elijah and Isaiah notice. 'Wanna talk about it?' they ask. I shake my head no. They look at me for a few more seconds, as if trying to convince me, before walking away with their usual jokes again.
