Gustav hovered in deep space as the vast emptiness stretched out endlessly around him, broken only by the faint glimmer of stars.

He had reached the next vestige of his power, nestled delicately between two large, icy moons orbiting a distant planet.

The vestige pulsed faintly casting a mythical glow that illuminated the dark surroundings, calling to him with the same sense of familiarity as the others.

Without hesitation, he extended his hand, letting the energy of the vestige flow toward him.

The force was overwhelming, flooding his being as it merged with him. This particular vestige brought yet another sliver of his original strength—a mere 2% but it was significant enough to make him feel a surge of power unlike anything he'd experienced since reclaiming his fragments.

His body pulsed with newfound strength, and he felt yet another of his Outworldly abilities unlock within him.
