The Outworldly eyes could see all of creation from his stand point so he knew the affected areas were places he hadn't constructed the dimension webs yet.

He stretched forth his left hand and made an anticlockwise motion with his fingers.

A golden circular construct that looked like a clock appeared and began to whirl.

Almost immediately, the destroyed planets were restored like nothing happened.

The deities couldn't believe their eyes but the Outworldly was unyielding.

With a surge of power, he pushed back against the deities' attack, breaking through their combined might and sending them sprawling.

"No more," the Outworldly said, his voice resonating with finality. "This ends now."

He raised his hand, and a beam of light shot out from his palm, striking the chalice that had been created during his birth.
