Bab 156: War cry

"Oh, the royal family is back!" An excited shriek greeted them as soon as they returned to the human realm. A goddess was in the castle and the sound of war she had heard from the immortal realm was neither real nor her imagination. It was Loretta's way of summoning her. The demoness knew there was no way she would ignore the thought of Itrusia being under invasion. 

Loretta, who was currently sitting on her throne in the throne room. 

The goddess was behind her, waiting for them. "But wait. Where's the prince?" 

"Somewhere you will never find him." Delaney snapped. 

"The underworld, then." She smirked. "I'll just have my demons find and bring him back." 

Good. Because that was not where Destrian was, she thought. They were right to leave Destrian and Ylvia in the realm of immortals. It was easy to assume he would be in the underworld, being a half demon and with two demons accompanying him.
