Currently, Ayurin, Samira, and others were sitting inside a big tent set up by Ayurin that covered the portal. 

Maag told Ayurin that other organizations didn't bother to check here for two reasons.

First, It was near Nublis cave's headquarters.

Second, None of them expected that it would be a permanent CPD because the previous permanent CPD spawned just three years ago. So, It was really strange that another would pop up this soon.
