Grey groaned coldly while staring at the beast in front of him. It was none other than a Crocodile, of all the things he has come to hate amongst Magical Beasts, it was types like these that had such strong defenses.

Take the Scorpion for example, it isn't that the superiority in strength was large, but its defense was just too powerful that it took such a large group of people to take it down.

Now that he has to fight one on his own, all he felt was pain.

The good news now was that of the three beasts he sensed inside the water, only this Crocodile had shown itself which might be a bonus for them. If they could kill it with their numbers advantage before the other two stepped out, they would've already established a good position for themselves in the battle.

The Crocodile stared at the intruders coldly and contrary to what they expected, it didn't attack, instead, it tried to communicate with them.
