Nobles were not as good as people thought of them to be.

In this age, often, nobles were far more barbaric than commoners. Plundering and massacring were things that they often did.

This was especially so for the northern side: For the northern rulers who often fought with the Outlanders, it was incredibly normal.

It had to be known that all of the northern rulers in front of Chen Heng, including Chen Heng himself, were all slave traders.

To them, plundering was not a big deal, and it was not like they had not done it before.

It was just that their target had changed from the Outlanders to the southern rulers.
