Bab 169: Chapter 168 - Cheating the System

At first, he had been really angry for the Mother's betrayal. He had been robbed at arrival, right in the Bar Woman's bar. To pay up for what he had bought, he started working for her.

When his debt was paid, he continued working for her, he knew he had no where else to go. He started planning his revenge and he started working twice as hard to accumulate wealth.

But no one needed diplomacy skills here and he soon realized he wasn't cut out for anything they did here, except cleaning. He had to learn that the hard way though.

His thirst for revenge started leaving him till all that was left was his guilt, his conscience that kept beating him up for his own betrayal to the people that took him like family.

All these months, he had believed that the people he left behind were dead because of his betrayal, executed by the king fkr treason, but today, he discovered that they were very much alive and that the revolution had worked.
