Bab 485: Maybe Life Was Worth Living

"Here. Hold onto these for me, will you?" Cass said as he handed Alanor a set of strawberry flowers and a set of Unar's royal cloak that he had gotten from the Udrad palace.

"What?" Alanor asked, clearly not expecting that Cass could have come with things that reminded him of Unar, the very man who had left him, never to be seen again. Maybe Cass was crazy for this, but was he, for wanting his best friend back? 

Of course, Alanor was skeptical, but then as he looked at Cass's determined face, he knew that he didn't have much of an option at the moment. He had to listen and do what he had to do, for his best friend.

"Don't throw them away. And if you really wanna throw them away, do that when you can fight me," Cass said, as he smiled at Alanor like he didn't just tell the young WYnter that the only way to be rid of any reminders of Uanr was for him to get better and quick.
