"Will you sit, or will you give me an answer?" Alanor asked, clearly not in the mood to play games with Zuhair.

Earlier, that had been his plan, but with Unar here and with all that was happening in the kingdom, Alanor wanted to make sure that everything he did, didn't affect his mate. And that included Unar's sleeping schedule.

As much as he wanted to tell his mate to go back to bed, Alanor knew Unar wouldn't sleep unless Alanor went with him, which was also why staring at a sleeping Zuhair wasn't exactly a part of his plans.

"Please, I didn't do anything. I would never try to harm the king in any way, if anything he is the best ruler Udrad has had so far, right?" Zuhair asked, giving herself away with that same sentence.

Zhurielle wouldn't ever question her king and she wouldn't even try to challenge the words of her master.
