"He really came," Ulrike sighed, a smile plastered on his face as he looked at the dark form in the room. 

Ulrike knew he was here, but not just for the party, which is why when thirty minutes later there was an alert for the hounds and the vampires guarding the reservoirs, they knew what he was here for. 

To steal from them, but why were they both not pissed about it?

"Master, leader, we have a problem. The gold reservoirs are being attacked by the vigilantes. They Are attacking us consecutively. How do we go about this?" Galea, Zelina's right-hand man, said to his leader at the high table. 

He looked pissed, but Zelina was calm about it, maybe she was keeping a level head, or maybe, she was curious to know what was going to happen then.

"How many?" Zelina asked.
