Bab 42: The Last Shadow

I am part of the end of the world, the last who is cloaked in black and alone on the hill while their is no day. Black Empress, I call myself although the tomb stones do not agree. The last laid are the last the know of the reason why the world lost the stars, the truth behind the dirty glass. I began to realize I am the only one who knows the last words of the connecting stars, that their wish was lost too. Many dont know me and I dont know them, but I am the last face of the world and I am the last to show the final death, the final mission. That mission was to make the land free, but not of the rust of the gold, but the virus in us.
