Bab 289: Difficult Black Mission

At the meeting place near the abandoned building, over the edge of a small river, a suspicious man was moving to and fro repeatedly. He had his hand clasped behind his back and due to the hood over his head, nobody could see his face. He was getting impatient with each passing second. 

"That…..man, why isn't he here? I can't wait for more time."

"Waited for enough? Is that so? Then I am here, let's talk. "

Suddenly as the man muttered those words, a clear but deep voice rang near his ears. He was shocked by the sudden voice since he thought no one was here except him. He looked up from where the voice came and there was a man with a mask sitting casually.

Zeph was perched with his head tilted to see him during his speech. From his posture of sitting comfortably on the high beam of the building with his legs extended it looked like he was here for a long time. But how did he manage to arrive so quietly?
