Bab 17: Runaway
Out on the cold, dark and lonely street, Zora walks quietly as tears slowly run down her cheeks.
"Is this how my life will continue to be? Will, I always keep running?" she asks herself while she wipes her teary eyes.
The pain and this sorrowful feeling she was feeling had her body weak that it just wanted to rest; didn't want to keep moving.
But Zora ignored the feeling and just kept going until she found herself at her favourite coffee shop.
Since she knew the owner, she knocks on the coffee shop and shouts, "It's me, Mr Brooks' daughter!"
When the owner heard the shout from outside the coffee shop, he came to the door, open it and said, "My dear, what are you doing out here so late? Come on in, it must be cold out there."
Zora accepts the owner's offer and enters the coffee shop.
When she was in, the owner allow her to take a seat around one table then offer her a towel and a cup of chocolate tea to get her warm-up.
The owner allowed Zora to drink in quietness before sitting opposite of her and asking, "Why are you out so late, my dear?"
Zora gave off a weak smile before replying to the owner, "Hoppa, is it possible I could stay the night?" [Hoppa is a way to address an elderly man in Night Love city]
"That's fine with me, dear!" the owner cheered as he quickly got up from his seat.
Seeing that made Zora laugh at how cheerful an elderly man was just to hear someone was staying the night with him.
"I will go and clean up the back room for you!" the owner said happily.
"Don't do it alone! Let me help!" Zora said as she volunteered to help the owner at the back.

In the morning at Demar's mansion. . .
*Knock, knock*
"Come in!" Demar, who was inside his room, command as he was looking over some documents.
"Morning boss!" a tall, slim, curly blond hair guy, wearing a white T-shirt and grey jogger pants with a black night slipper entered Demar's room with a tray that had a cup of coffee, French toast and fruits on it.
When Demar look up at the person who entered his room, he smiled and asks cheekily, "Who made breakfast today, Dr Joseph?"
The man that had entered, scratch behind his head then replied, "No one else is as strict and good at cooking like you boss and Dr Joseph."
"Hahaha! I knew it was him!" Demar happily laughed, because he knew that when Dr Joseph cooks, everyone has to eat; even, if you were sleeping before, you will have to be up to deliver food or eat food.
"You can rest it here, then leave and have your meal," Demar said, then the person rest his breakfast down, then left.
Two hours after, Demar went downstairs where he found Demarco on the couch with the others playing games and having snacks, while others were playing with cards, polo, drinking or sleeping.
When everyone noticed Demar's presence, they all stop what they were doing and greet him.
Demar smiled and greeted everyone, then called Demarco to come to his room.
Demarco left his game and followed Demar to his room.
When they both entered, Demarco close the door behind them and ask, "What's up?"
"Did you find anything about what I asked you to do?" Demar asks as he sat on his bed.
"No. I'm sorry. . ."
When Demar heard Demarco's answer, he sigh then bow his head as he clasps his hands.
"I search and scan everything. The information is just too private."
*Sigh*
"It's okay," Demar said as he got up off his bed and took up his keys from his nightstand.
As he was about to walk out of his room, Demarco touched him on his shoulder and said cheerfully, "My non-virgin, I will search again and see if I can find some good news."
Demar give off a small smile at Demarco, then left.

At the coffee shop. . .
Zora, who got up early and help the owner organize the shop before opening, received a message from Doctor Lin.
'Zora, a man will be coming to speak to you at the coffee shop, so please be polite. After that, I will pick you up and send you home.'
*Sigh*
"That evil man always sending Doctor Lin to come and pick me up every time I run away. He never comes himself," Zora mumbles to herself.
One hour after the shop opened, Mr Bins walked in and head over to where Zora was sitting.
"Well, good day, beautiful. May I have the honour to join you?" Mr Bins politely greeted as he stood before Zora.
"Are you the man I will marry?" Zora asks annoyingly as she sips her coffee.
Mr Bins smiles then replied, "You have got a good eye. You could spot your husband from one look at him."
Zora rolls her eyes at Mr Bins, then offered him to take the seat opposite of her.
After fifteen minutes of trying to make Zora interested in the conversation, Zora's phone rang.
Zora looks over at her phone where she saw that Doctor Lin was calling.
She answered in a flirtatious way, trying to make Mr Bins leaves.
"Hello, my love. I have missed you for so long. My heartache every second you aren't around. I can't bear this loneliness anymore! I need you here with me!"
"Are you finished playing, Zora?" Doctor Lin asks, who was on the other end of the call.
*Sigh*
"Yes, I am."
"Tell Mr Bins, I am parked at the back waiting."
"Okay!" Zora happily said, then end the call because she never wants to be around Mr Bins anymore.
Zora happily told Mr Bins that Doctor Lin was at the back, then grabbed her stuff and head to the back.
While Zora was too busy to stop and scan her surrounding, Demar had just pulled up into the parking space.
When Demar saw Zora rushing to go into a car, then saw Mr Bins behind her he tight his fist and quickly exit his car after Zora had gone into Doctor Lin's car.
