Bab 249: The awoken girl

As Shingi noticed the girl moving, he started moving away from the stairs. After all, the Boss was near the stairs, and he couldn't move around it with a confused person. 

He could use SLEEP on her, but other than there was a chance that the Spell wouldn't work on her, he also wanted to speak with her without offending her anymore.

It didn't take them long to find a safe enough place, but Shingi had Price, Hineko, and White Biscuit to keep watch, just in case.

"... where am I?... who are... YOU?!?" [Girl Mage]

As she opened her eyes and tried to stand up, she looked like she was waking up from a long sleep. But soon, she noticed that the person in front of her was Shingi, and she looked to be on guard.

Fortunately, she didn't release another of her pulses from her amulet, which Shingi had counted for, and had everyone but him keep their distance.
