Bab 72: Page LXXII - So Close Yet So Far

Victoria's eyes widened as she got a text from her butlers back in the airport. "This is... from Lafriz?" She looked at the contents of the message and she was shocked beyond belief. She quickly began typing on her phone.

Lafriz then immediately sent a message as she saw the three dots on his side, "Milady this is Lafriz messaging, Theodore Payne has already left the airport."

"Left!?" She exclaimed loudly. "I guess it can't be helped. He was left behind after all. So... our promised meetup has been cancelled." Victoria swallowed her own saliva and let out a sigh. She held her hand up to her chest as she felt an ache. 

"Milady?" Lafriz texted her again. "Have you told Theodore Payne about our movements? Or you being guarded by us?"

Victoria's head turned as she saw the message, "What..?" She thought to herself. She then began to type on her phone, "No I haven't. I haven't even told the professors that you were following."
