"Real hot, huh?" John hummed. 

"Hot enough to want to get rid of your girlfriend for her?" Lisa completed John's sentence.

"Well, if one is that big a wimp then yeah sure why not. However, I am not one; I had left my girlfriend even before I saw her." he shrugged casually.

"I thought you said you two were together," John asked with his eyes finally narrowed at Ivar a little. "If you had broken up with her before the murder then I want you to tell me the exact time." John said writing something on his notepad.

"Uh… I might have to rephrase my previous statement a bit. In a way it would not be called as a break up… I didn't tell her that I was dumping her before she you know. In my defense I thought ignoring her would be a good enough hint? But I guess she didn't take it. You guys know about that cat fight right?" Ivar asked nonchalantly.
