Originally, Lord Noyin did not pay any mind to the Earthlings at all. 

The strongest were just stellar lifeforms! 

Their civilization level was only a peak planetary civilization! 

Such a planet, when placed in a remote galaxy, may still be worthwhile, but for him, the Grand Duke of the Balkan Empire, it was nothing at all. 

He had enough capital and strength to look down upon the people of Earth. 

But...

When he heard more news about Earth, Lord Noyin had cold sweat. They are capable of killing supergalactic lifeforms, and more! 

What sort of strength is this? 

If he was in his own territory, Lord Noyin was not afraid, but this was Earth! 

He only brought a part of his subordinates, and if he were to run into that person, things will not end well! 

What should he do at this moment? 

Run, of course! 

Taking advantage of the fact that no one was on Earth at the moment to escape was the best possible plan.
