Hailee smiled and comforted the middle-aged lady. Hilda was like a mother figure to her. She treats her like her own daughter every time she visits P Country, and when she visits Sydney, they go shopping together.

"Hailee, I always dreamed that you were already at a marriageable age so you and Vincent could tie the knot. My son's actions showed how much he was in love with you. His study room has been filled with your faces. However, I could not accept such a painful future after learning of the tragic fate that awaited the two of you. That is why I agreed with the elders to separate you and Vincent."

"Don't worry, Aunt Hilda. I completely understand. Vincent will resolve our fate. I trust him, and so I will wait for him."

"Oh, thank you, Hailee. You are always a sweet child. I would be fortunate if you were my daughter-in-law."
