Bab 503: Double standards

In a destructed city upon a mountain overlooking the sparkly blue sea, the main hall of the imperial palace was even more disorderly than the city itself. Why? It was because key players in both worlds had heard the most absurd news.

Secondly, the half breed wanted to unify the two worlds as one. One can understand how that decision would rub some people the wrong way. There was strong opposition from all factions but based on his attitude this wasn't up for discussion.
