He took a small step forward only to step on a book under his feet. The cover of the book had beautifully drawn patterns with Ji Yao's drawing style on it but those strokes were done by someone with much more experience and maturity.

It had to have been drawn by her. Now he knew where Ji Yao's talent came from. When they lived together she never held a calligraphy brush let alone a painting brush so he didn't know she had such a great talent.

He picked up the book and flipped through it. On every page was a drawing of himself smiling happily. The outfit and hair he had in these drawings were that of the day of their wedding. She had drawn the same image of the happiest day of their lives over and over again on each page.
