Xi Meili continued, "This traitor is trying to open the Primordial Realm for some reason. We don't know the reason for now, but we are trying to stop it from happening."

"D-don't tell me… You are here today because the Xi Family thinks I— the Shen Family are traitors?!" The Dragon King stood up with a terrified look on his face.

For most dragon families in the Nine Heavens, the Xi Family's status was as high as the heavens, owing to their direct lineage to the Dragon Ancestor. The Xi Family wielded enough power to completely erase the Shen Family from existence in the Nine Heavens, and no one would be able to stop them or hold them accountable.
