Bab 70: Six Versus Ten-Thousand
An army of ten thousand was marching toward Las Noches, the fortress where the few Arrancar remained under Orihime. Each of the soldiers gave off the Reiatsu of at least a third seat Soul Reaper, and there were even a few captain level strengths. The strongest was the Sternritter known as Quilge Opie, designated "The Jail."
His mission was to hunt down the traitors and kill the remaining Arrancar that dared to resist. Grimmjow, Nelliel, Tier, and Ulquiorra were waiting on top of Las Noches watching this army slowly approach. They were preparing to begin an assault, until Orihime appeared next to them through a tear in space.
"Don't engage. Let the girls vent and show off their new powers."
Behind Orihime, six people stepped through after her. The first was Bambietta, wearing her old Quincy uniform with the adornments that represent the Wandenreich removed. She had long, thick black hair and a supple body. She wielded a short broadsword with a forked blade. Following behind was the very petite, short blond haired Liltotto. Next was Meninas, the tallest and most voluptuous of the group. She had long, pink hair and was still wearing her frilly Quincy uniform.
Giselle came out of the portal next; she had the most changes compared to the other girls. Before, her figure was a bit ambiguous, but now there was an obvious feminine structure to it. She had very long black hair, black stockings, and an oversized Quincy coat. The sleeves extended past her hands, successfully enhancing her cute features. And finally, stepping out in a grandiose fashion, Candice revealed her scantily dressed figure, curly light-green hair, and lean body.
The six of them jumped down from the roof and waited for the large army to arrive, meeting them half way. When the army was only a few dozen meters, Quilge Opie came forward with a strange expression. He began to laugh maniacally and twist his body in various ways.
"So, you Frauen decided zu come present your lives zu der Fuhrer. At least you know your place! There ist nowhere you kann go zu escape der Fuhrer's Augen. Ich shall carry out your divine punishment!"
"So, which one of you want to deal with the mobs, and which one wants to deal with the madman."
"You guys figure it out, I'm going to go have fun with the kiddies!"
Giselle wasn't interested in fighting against Quilge and went straight to the right wing of the army. The ten thousand troops were separated into five units, seemingly perfect to showcase each of the girl's powers to the spectators. With raw strength alone, she was already capable of mowing down a large swath of soldiers. They tried to retaliate, but the ones nearest the impact site turned ghostly pale, and they turned their back to Giselle, starting to attack their allies. The ones who died on impact were already crawling back up, their destroyed bodies repairing almost instantly.
"Ooh, the way these cute toys come back from the dead just to serve me is so intoxicating."
She grabs her breast and clamps her hand between her legs while in a half-crouched position. Giselle moans each time blood sprays from the soldiers being cut down by their allies. The scent wafting over from her excited body causes more and more of them to become enthralled. This creates a chain reaction that makes her increasingly excited, spreading her scent further away, turning more soldiers, and continuing to loop ad infinitum.
Liltotto similarly left without saying anything. Not being near Orihime began to make her hungry. While unnoticeable due to the short time it has been, she has purposefully kept her mouth closed since receiving her power. When she stepped in front of the group of two thousand soldiers, there was a sudden flash of light, and everyone was gone. To all of the spectators, it seemed like only a few seconds had passed, however, this was completely different to those who were part of the battle.
The moment she landed in front of the troops, there was no perfunctory speech. She just opened her mouth and a sudden force spread throughout the two thousand and one participants in this battle. Her mouth was pitch black, but the light in the surroundings being drawn to her maw was the only reason she was even visible to the soldiers. They attempted to fight back, but they quickly fell down on their knees from the gravity equivalent to twice the force of the sun.
Due to the warping of space from the intense gravity, time began to slow down in relation to everything around it. Inside Liltotto's field of effect, everything was happening at a factor of a thousandth of a second compared to the outside world. Every soldier began to slowly be pulled into the event horizon inside Liltotto's mouth. Nothing was spared. Light, spirit particles, and the Quincy were all converted into energy. In those few seconds, several thousand seconds had passed.
However, Liltotto's body aged rapidly, she became taller, her hair grew longer, and her skin began to lose its elasticity. Once all of the soldiers were absorbed into her mouth, she closed it shut, and she released a cute burp with her hands over her lips. A bright flash of light was released from her body as excess energy that she couldn't absorb, while the energy she did absorb returned her to her youthful and petite form. The only evidence was her hair and some stretching on her clothes.
"Sigh, one-on-one is boring, I'll leave it for you three to decide."
Bambietta said nonchalantly, but the eagerness to slaughter was evident in her eyes. She moved at the same time as Giselle and Liltotto, landing in front of the unit adjacent to Giselle's fight. Everything was happening so quickly, the soldiers and Quilge didn't get a chance to respond. Especially Liltotto's fight which ended in a few seconds. Once Bambietta engaged with the soldiers, they started to fight back, seemingly more competent than the other units.
The one leading this particular unit was the second strongest under Quilge. A thousand soldiers were sending volleys of arrows to Bambietta, and the other thousand were trying to tie her down. However, seeing their tactics she only laughed. Several arrows missed, but many also hit her. However, the bloody wounds that they expected didn't happen, instead, the ones who hit her felt a chaotic force enter their body and they exploded in a red mist.
This was an informal signal for Bambietta, causing her to begin swinging her forked broadsword. Whenever she swung, someone would be split in half at various angles. The remaining corpse halves would burst in a bloody mist. At first, the soldiers felt they had a chance since she didn't seem to have some weird power, just a very powerful attack. But, the first victim of this naïve thinking made everyone realize.
A soldier who was adjacent to the first victim began to turn red. His muscles bulged, and he grew several meters taller. His eyes were bloodshot, and his fingernails grew into claws. He grabbed the first person next to him and bit off his head. Bambietta began laughing maniacally at the slaughter. She occasionally walked through the blood mist she was creating and inhaled it all into her body. Her subsequent attacks were even more powerful. Anyone that was able to hit her would instead be wounded as if she was reflecting their attacks with much more strength than the original.
Back at the group of three, just as Bambietta left, Berenice spoke up before the other two said anything.
"Wait, let me fight Quilge. That guy always looked down on me, showing off his status and power."
Meninas and Candice didn't argue. Before, their relationship wasn't that great, but once they became Orihime's Sins, they seemed to form a strong sisterly bond. The two of them disappeared with the fastest speed in the group. Meninas simply moved at the most efficient pace, but Candice used every opportunity to highlight her looks and form. Although she was moving extremely quickly, the purpose was to leave behind afterimages which would effectively duplicate her looks. Each afterimage she left behind had a different pose, proving how fast she was, since she could make specific poses several times in a second.
Candice arrived at the unit behind Quilge, leaving four afterimages in front of him showing off various provocative poses, but she was so fast he couldn't do anything about it. When the soldiers noticed her arrival, they were all stunned. The inertia from her sudden stop after moving at unimaginable speeds spread out from her body like a wave. Instead of dealing with the forces herself, she diverted it to the soldiers in front of her.
The first five hundred exploded from the inertial force. The next five hundred began bleeding from all seven of their orifices. Due to internal injuries, as their organs turned to mush. The remaining thousand soldiers were let off due to the dissipation of force over distance. Candice looked down at the grotesque mess of bodies exploding and was disgusted.
"Your deaths are too disgusting. Die more beautifully for me… Aha, what am I kidding, you can't meet my standards."
