 While Layton was still dealing with his opponent, Zero on the other hand was already preparing for the inevitable clash, she was aware when Layton set off to find the individual that caused the anomaly that something was wrong, the reports coming from the front line displayed that the intensity of battle had drastically increased and other scattered bases in the human territory were experiencing frequent harassments. She wasn't entirely sure why this was happening or what was going on, but she could guess the series of events was not a coincidence.
