"How" Simon spat out from his bloody lips, although his facial expression did not change one could see he was in extreme pain and he pierced his weapon into the ground and leaned on it for rest.

   "Although I don't know what you are practising but I can safely infer you need absolute calm," Layton calmly stated, Simon stared at him with a cold gaze apparently not satisfied with the statement.

   When the spear pierced Layton ribs earlier that particular section that was cut off was filled with the impurities of the divine energy in the domain after all due to his low level it was not possible to thoroughly burn the negative information in a domain littered with divinity without leaving behind some impurities, it was those impurities that travelled through the air that destroyed Simon's fragile balance.
