Bab 76: Please Be Gentle

It was already 8:30 by the time Fu Zhi arrived at the Li Household.

Secretary Liu was waiting for her outside. 

The Li Household was one of the largest residences in Yu City. The moment they stepped into the living room, Secretary Liu shouted, "President Li, Ms. Fu is here!"

Fu Zhi looked in the direction he was looking at. 

Li Nanli was sitting on the couch. Perhaps he had not slept enough, as he was still wrapped in a blanket. He was resting his head by his arm, and his deep dark sloe-like eyes were half-closed.

He was wearing a black shirt, and the sleeves had been rolled up neatly to his elbows. His skin was fair, and his slender fingers were toying with a piece of a leaf. 

Blessed golden sunlight shone through the window, casting a golden halo around him. 

When he heard the voice, he turned around. He lifted his eyes and said softly, "Zhizhi."
