A thousand worries began to rush to his mind. It was unusual for clients to pay such large sums of money beforehand. Or to call for a specific person. No man that involves himself in such vulgar businesses will ever pay a price like this for the same whore.
Unless….unless it was something else. A thought crossed his head. "What if….what if it's that thing, me and him? How could it be? Is this even possible? No, this isn't possible", His head went spinning with the worst possible scenarios.
"No. These things never happen in the real world", he assured himself. "Why am I even worrying? Stop worrying", he shook off his thoughts.
But whatever the truth was, he couldn't afford to escort this man again. Only one encounter with him was enough to take a toll on his body and mind.
"No. I can't. Se-send someone else this time", Allis replied hesitantly, shifting in his place, seating himself almost on the edge of his chair.
The woman broke into a mild giggle listening to his words. "Oh Alliee, just because I made it sound like a question doesn't mean it really is!", she rose from her chair, "When I ask you to do something, you don't say anything else but yes, alright?", she said in a menacing tone as she walked over to the omega and leaned against the table, sitting opposite to him.
"I can't Dorothy. I can't take his pheromones. I-I'll get sick and I'll faint, l-like the last time.", Allis pleaded with his voice becoming shaky, with fear taking over his brain. He didn't realize until now that he felt somewhat scared of this man, this stranger. There was no reason to be, but it was something about him that sent chills down his bones.
"Oh sweetie, don't worry. You're just out of practice", her hand reached omega's silky raven hair. "This man will make you stronger. And I know you have a lot of potential. That's why I worked so hard to get you back", she said, playing with his hair.
"Please Dorothy. I can't go to him, I'll do two clients this week if you want. B-But not him", he begged again.
She stared at him silently, looking at how his long lashes blinked as his deep black eyes teared up. His cheeks became red as blood rushed to his face.
She tightened her hold on to his hair, clutching them into her fist. He gasped sharply in response to it. Allis could feel her long nails piercing and scratching his scalp. "Aaah…", he screamed. She pulled his head towards her, to bring the omega's face closer to hers. It came out of nowhere.
"You're being a rebel now. And I don't like that. You know that right?". Her eyebrows furrowed. "I really hate it when your beautiful asian face gets bruised, you know? You start looking like your mom. It really spoils the mood for everyone", she hissed.
Allis could feel his guts wrenching, at the mention of his mother. Tears began to roll down his face one after the other. It wasn't the first time she had brought it up and won't be the last time. But probably being away from her for two years had made him forget how terrible it felt. Maybe that's why he was sobbing over it like an idiot, he wondered.
Dorothy let go of his hair and he fell back on his chair. "Is it a yes then, Alliee?", her voice turned cheerful again, like she was possessed by someone else earlier for a few moments. Allis couldn't answer, he just sat there gasping for air, as tears continued to pour down his face.
"Don't test my patience, you little shit", her voice became bitter again. "I want you to say 'yes'", she stressed the last word. Allis nodded, "Yes", he said meekly, and wiped off his tears with his thin, long fingers.
"Great, Sasha will pick you up at 9 tomorrow. Same place, same time", she said, turning to the man sitting next to the omega, releasing another puff of smoke into the air.

"Seriously! Would you stop struggling, we're already at the hospital", Elian was losing his patience with Kian as he dragged him through the hallway of the nursing home, by his arm, while the latter was constantly trying to escape the strong grasp.
Elian had specifically chosen this hospital, considering it was located away from the city, was less crowded and had less chances of him being recognized. People would never expect him to be in that kind of place.
"I don't want to do this, okay?!",Kian yelled at the top of his lungs. "Let go of me now!". But it was rather difficult to even loosen the grip, despite the fact that the alpha wasn't trying very hard to hold him in place.
Elian looked around the hall and the reception table located at the end of it. There were only a few people in the corridor of the small hospital, but almost everyone had their eyes glued on the two of them.
He looked at Kian, who was struggling like a kid who had been kidnapped, and wondered whether the people were getting the wrong idea about the two of them.
"Kian, if you don't stop being such a nuisance, I'm gonna carry you all the way inside and you're going to hate it", he scolded, staring right into the hazel eyes that were brimming with rage.
The twenty year old, however, wasn't scared. On the contrary, he put his best efforts in, to be more than a nuisance. It was as if it conflicted with his nature to agree with that man. He began smacking the alpha in his stomach repeatedly with his fists which barely had an effect on him. "Seriously?", the alpha frowned back at him.
It reminded Elian of his first encounter with the boy, and how much he managed to piss him off that day. And now, even though he didn't hate him anymore, he couldn't help but feel just as irritated by him.
He clutched both of his thin wrists in his own hand and dived in to pick him up by his waist, bolstering him on his shoulders. Kian began to kick his legs into the air, "Let go of me, you perv!", he shouted, but the alpha kept on walking.
"Hello, we have an appointment at 10 today", he said as he approached the receptionist's desk, who was looking at him with her eyes wide open. It wasn't everyday she got to see such spectacles in her workplace.
Although she couldn't see the face of the man properly due to the face mask and the polo cap, she could easily tell he was an alpha with his tall figure and broad shoulders. His aura was enough to prevent her from prying on their situation. "I'll ring you in", she said as she reached for the telephone sitting on the desk.
"Thanks", Elian replied and walked off to the waiting area. He put down the omega, with both his wrists still fastened in his strong hold.
Exhaustion began taking over Kian's body after struggling for so long, so he reluctantly gave up on the fight.
"I have more important things to do like a meeting that I might miss in an hour because of you. Alright? I'm totally fine so take me back home", he hissed at the alpha.
"I know you're fine, that's why you threw up twice this morning. Right now you are panting like you ran ten miles, even though you were just trying to squirm your way out, sounds fine doesn't it?", the man replied, with sarcasm loaded in his tone.
"Ughh, just why did I ever decide to do this?!.", Kian groaned out loud. "If I don't get that shop because of you, you'll be sleeping in your car", he said, gritting his teeth and plopped down in the seat next to him.

"Alright, it seems like you're doing fine except for a little inconsistency in your pheromones and low hemoglobin", the doctor mumbled as he stared at the computer screen in front of him, Kian, sitting on recliner bed, turned to look at the alpha, "What did I tell you?", he said, condescendingly.
"So why does he keep vomiting? Why does he get out of breath so easily? Is that normal?.", Elian asked, concerned, pretending he didn't hear the boy.
"It isn't normal at such an early stage. It may be because he is unmarked '', the doctor turned to look at the two of them. "Most omegas go into pregnancy with a mark, so their pheromone and hormone cycles are more consistent and regulated while they are carrying the baby", he explained.
"But I guess, as his report says, since he was a late bloomer, his cycles probably hadn't been in sync even before he went into the pregnancy", he stated.
Elian's expression became even more anxious, "So, what does that mean?", he asked.
The doctor paused for some moments, "Well, he'd probably have much harder time later in the pregnancy, you know, nothing drastic, but just stuff like severe pain and exhaustion. It could lead to loss of consciousness sometimes at most but it's not fatal", he said stoically, and went back to staring and scrolling the computer screen in front of him.
Kian's eyes grew wide with shock, "How on earth is that not drastic? I don't want any of that!", he complained.
Elian could feel his agitation. Things were already difficult for him, and knowing that they can get worse must be frightening. "Well how do we ease the pain in that case?", he asked, in the hope that it'll calm his worries down.
"We can use medication to regulate his pheromones but it is not very effective for unmarked omegas. In most cases we just use artificial pheromones for pain relief, you know when the father isn't around", the doctor stated.
"What do you mean the father isn't around?", Elian gave the doctor a perplexed expression, wondering what he meant. The doctor reciprocated with just as much confusion. "Well I'm guessing that's why mother is unmarked", he answered, but could feel the awkwardness building up in the room.
Elian and Kian exchanged a few glances at his words, looking at each other uncomfortably. The doctor took a hint from their reaction, "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know you two were a couple", he apologized.
"What? No. We're not a couple. It's his baby. I'm only like a surrogate or something", Kian corrected, shifting on his chair, feeling uncomfortable while explaining their situation.
The doctor stared at the two frowning with confusion. "We're co-parenting", Elian explained.
The doctor adjusted his glasses and cleared his throat, "Well, in that case you can help Mr. Maier, you know, your pheromones can help regulate his pheromone cycle. That could fix the weakness and pain during pregnancy to some extent, I think", he said looking at Elian.
"No. No way on earth I'm breathing in his pheromones", Kian protested, immediately. "There has to be some other way to treat that".
The doctor contemplated for a while, "Unfortunately, there aren't many options. People are still trying to develop artificial pheromones that can replicate the same effects as the natural ones but it hasn't been achieved yet. If you want, you can try artificial pheromones but I can tell you that his pheromones will be better for you", he suggested.
Kian couldn't stand being in the room for another minute. He hated the thought that he needed Elian to feel okay. That he needed to depend on him for something.
"I really fucking hate you", Kian cursed looking at the alpha, sending the other two men in shock.
He got off the bed and stomped out of the office.
"I don't think he should be this stressed over this", "It isn't good for the child", the doctor said as the door closed.
"Yes, I'll take care of that", Elian said, hesitating. "Is there anything else I can do for him?", he asked.
"You should make sure he doesn't take any stress. Mental or physical. Make sure the diet is healthy. Just try supporting him and be there for him.", the doctor said, smiling at him sympathetically.
Hey guys!
Hope you enjoy this chapter. I'm thankful for everyone who's been keeping up with me. Sending me power stones and writing comments.
Please try leaving a review or a comment to support my story. It really encourages me to continue writing it.
I'm not a proffesional writer so it takes me a lot of time to write the chapters. I try my best but I'm only able to do one chapter per week as of now.
I'm trying to increase my speed but I prefer quality over quantity. I want this story to be meaningful for the characters I've created and not just a jumbled mess with twists and turns. I hope you guys like the end result.
Love,
Tora
