Hao Jiazhi didn't intervene in between Lu Zemin and his big sister, Hao Tai, as he knows that Lu Long and Lu Zemin are not that really close and both are fighting against each other for the throne

This means that there is no way that Lu Long had made up a plan to use his big brother for getting Hao Tai on their side which will eventually make the whole Tengyuan Kingdom his own or part of Dongping Kingdom

But nothing is sure, thus Hao Jiazhi is still keeping an eye on Lu Zemin and his servants

Also, the biggest reason why Hao Jiazhi is letting Lu Zemin flirt with his sister is because Hao Jiazhi don't want to bind his sister with some rules

He wants her to be free, thus, if she thinks that Lu Zemin is becoming overbearing, that time he will come in between them and stop everything
