The enemy was just too powerful. Aside from his impressive agility, his body was harder than actual tempered steel. Lin Jin's Dragonfire was useless against him. It only turned his body thoroughly red like scorching iron.

Even the Clear Wind Sword could barely scratch him. This enemy couldn't be burned nor slain.

Lin Jin was apprehensive about taking another hit.

That one punch earlier was distressing enough for him. Had ninety percent of the attack's force not been canceled and the blood ghost not been shielding him, he would have passed on to the netherworld by now.

Thus, Lin Jin decided to keep a safe distance and refrain from using any skills to probe his opponent. His subsequent attacks would all be lethal ones.

Now wasn't the time to hesitate or he would be the one dead.
