Bab 388: The Hunt (1)

"It's finally here! I can finally go back to the wild!"

"Are you a wild animal?"

"I will be if you piss me off."

"Why are you so hot headed already? I didn't even do anything…"

"Quiet, you two."

I let out a sigh as I took in the view of huge tents erected around the clearing with family crests embroidered flags billowing in the wind. It was such a familiar scene.

"Haaah. I didn't know I could miss this event."

Even though I should already be traumatized. 

I mean, look at Bea. She's not joining this time. She's there in the tent with Gwen, Rosamunde, and other noble ladies to spectate the event. Poor girl. Her first-ever hunt left a shadow on her.

There is another makeshift stage beside their tent where the royal family and the envoys from Wisteria will stay later. It's somehow extravagant this time because of the guests. From what I also heard, the prizes were also much better.
