"Araceli?"

"Where the gods of this world are, the altar of the sky," Sera explained, gesturing upward.

"There is a place like that?"

Sera snorts. 

"Uhh, yeah? I can talk to those gods, you know. Sometimes they take the initiative, which is hella annoying. Do you know what it feels like to have someone talking to you in your head all of a sudden? It's creepy. I even thought I was developing some other personalities. It was like a trip."

I blankly stared at her for a moment, processing what she was saying before snapping off of it.

"Wait, we're getting distracted."

"Oops, sorry."

"It's just my guess, but it is quite sensible now that you confirmed that the cashier has white hair. I know someone like that."

Sera then decided to crack a joke at that moment.

"Was it you? Or your brother? Haha just kidding."

I ignored her joke and replied seriously.

"I think it's Nine."
