Bab 57: Chapter Fifty-Six: First Date Jitters

We were walking out of the track when a couple blocked our way, with sinister smiles plastered on their faces. I took a step towards Anthony on impulse. The bald man, who could not be older than 30, extended his hand to Jackass, who eyed the hand suspiciously before clasping it with his own. "The Red Viper, what an honour it is to have you here." His cooed in a deep throaty voice. I glanced at the woman next to him, somewhat envious of how cute she was. She had her purple hair in bantu knots, her face heavily and exquisitely made up. Exotic would be the perfect way to describe her. She was eyeing me coolly.

"Please, I am just plain old Anthony Matthews now." He said with a chuckle, shaking the man's hand. I desperately wanted to grab his hand, wanting to feel safe.
