in the busiest port in the slums of shandu, there was an endless stream of ships coming and going to the port to unload their cargo. the bugle of the boatmen, the whistle of the ships, and the shouts of the busy transporting of goods made way for the crowd, which combined to form a unique lively scene at the port.

in an old building on the dock, an important meeting that could affect the situation of the gangs in the slums was being held.

The annual assembly of the six great halls of the shuiyun gang was held in this old building.
