After knowing the truth about the stones. Dann start swimming to the surface of the ocean. He then start flying using his max speed towards the pangea castle. He needs to confirm the truth from the man himself.
After flying for more than a months non stop. He finally arrived on top of pangea castle.
He then sees 5 figures coming out from the castle. They are the gorroseis the highest authority in the world government.
He then float down right in front of them.
Gorrosei 1 : IM sama has been waiting for you
Dann : take me to him
We then start walking inside the castle towards the room where there is an empty chair on top of the stairs.
All the gorrosei then stop and start sitting on their own chair below the stairs.
Gorrosei 1: IM sama is waiting for you in that room behind the chair
Dann : thank you
Dann then start climbing the stairs and walk behind the chair where he spotted a door leading to a room.
When he opened the door he saw a young man with a fair skin and a long white hair on top of an ethereal handsome face. That man were floating in a lotus position in the middle of a white empty room.
IM : welcome visitor from another universe
Dann : ...
IM : feel free to ask any questions
Dann : who are you really?
IM : ....
Dann : ??

Since the conversation will be long and boring i will try to summarize it a little.

So basically IM is a lone cultivator who just ascended to the godhood realm. The moment he finished receiving his heavenly tribulation. When he is at the weakest point in his life. Since any cultivator needs to stabilize their power first after they ascended to the new realm.
Suddenly a portal emerges from under his feet and swallowed him to an empty world. He just got kidnapped by a powerful evil cultivator who already reach godhood realm long before IM did.
The evil cultivator then start dividing IM's power in to 50 black stones. He then trapped IM inside pangea castle on top of the red line.
The reason he kidnapped IM is to use IM's power to create things on his newly created world.
Basically this new world is like an empty computer and those stones were like programs with different purposes to activate the computer.
The evil cultivator needs to use energy equivalent to his own which is in a godhood state realm since he can't use his own power or he will be trapped here, he needs to use another person's power.
So when he feels someone just got ascended to the godhood realm and when that person is at the weakest point before he stabilize his power after his heavenly tribulation. He immediatelly kidnapped that person and send it to his newly created world.
So using IM's power the evil cultivator start creating many new lifes on his world. He also programmed the stones so that the world will run in an endless loop.
He creates a law of life using IM's power so that if any living being die in this world the soul of that living being will not go the reincarnation circle but trapped inside this world forever.
He plans to harvest the soul from this world once every 1000 years.
The evil cultivator power is coming from his cultivation that using living soul as his energy.
After he harvest the souls he will then restart the world using IM's power again.
Basically he treated IM as a human battery.
IM has been trapped in this world for more than a billion years.
Trapped in an endless cycle, IM start cultivate and collecting his power little by little and finally when he got a minisculle power after a billion years (this world almost got zero energy to cultivate on IM's level) IM start using his minisculle power to create devil fruits in to this world around 800 years ago.
The reason he created those fruit is to destroy the black stone so he can have his powers back. The black stone is indestructable to any power unless the power is coming from a godhood realm cultivator.
Sadly he can only create one fruit that has his godhood power realm. Unfortunatelly for IM the fruit that has his power emerges on an empty island in the middle of calm belt and no person born on this planet can reach that island since it's the law written on the stone by that evil cultivator.
Only a person not born from this world can reach that island.
As for the gorrosei, they are the first devil fruit users on this planet. After they eat the first 5 fruits that emerges on this world they have an urge to go to the red line and finally they arrived at pangea castle and met IM.
IM started teaching them how to use their fruit power and also teaching them some cultivation to make their lifes longer. Since they are normal human the energy in this world is enough to make them lives longer.
IM then told them to create world government and rules this world.
As for tenryubitos they are basically the decendants from these 5 people.
After waiting for more than 800 years finally his fruit that has his power got eaten by a reincarnated person which is Dann.
IM then told Dann to destroy all the remaining black stones so that IM can have his powers back. He told Dann he only has less than 200 years before the evil cultivator is back and start devouring all the souls in this world including Dann's soul.
Dann then asked IM what will happen to him after IM got his powers back?
IM then promised dann to take his soul with him and to reincarnated him to the world of his choice. Since IM studies the law of time and space. He can basically do anything related to time and space including time travel to any space or dimension.
Dann asked another question related to the people that lives on this world.
IM then said the moment all the black stones were destroyed, this world will turned in to an empty world just like how it was created in the first place. Since basically all the living things that lives in this world were coming from IM's power that got stolen by that evil cultivator.
Dann then asked another question related to the normal poneglyps. IM then said the normal poneglyps is not created by him. The evil cultivator created those normal poneglyps to trapped IM inside pangea castle. He then mask those normal poneglyps as a treasure map for fun.
If IM got all of his powers back those normal poneglyps will be useless since he can break the formation with his full power.
Now dann has a tough choice if he destroy all the black stones he basically kills every living beings on this planet.
But if he choose not to destroy it, then they will all still gonna die being devoured by the evil cultivator as his energy to cultivate his evil cultivation using their souls.
What should he choose?
