Bab 89: Going From Bad To Worse

I slammed to the ground hard as I could see stars. I held my head in my hands as a wave of pain took over.

"Adora you need to focus, what's going on with you"? My mother scolded offering her hand to help me up. After a grueling couple of hours of training, my mind was somewhere else.

"Nothing mom... I just... can we just call it a day" I say to which she nods with a frown. She pulls me into her arms as we slowly walk back into the house.

"Are you feeling ok? Is your eye acting up again" she slightly panicked lifting my face so she could closely exam it. I gently push her hands away from my face.

"I'm fine mom please stop worrying." I say with a roll of my eyes. Just then a hyper Amelia comes running to me with grabby hands and I instantly lift her in my arms.

"You know how I am about your health Adora. By the way, I wanted to speak to you about something. I know you said you wanted to go away for college... to the dance school."
