Bab 21: Summoning Leviathan
The war still hasn't begun officially but the casualties reported could tell another story. Yone was at home having dinner with Sakumo and the woman he impregnated.
She had white hair and a tan making it obvious she worked in the same profession as them. Yone was worried about his friend but it seems that she is from Amegakure so it was safe and Sakumo was quite happy with her.
Yone kept it for himself that she was from Ame since it was his friend's happiness and she seemed to be happy with Sakumo as well.
On the other side of the table, Yone had Kushina sitting beside her new crush Minato while Mikoto was sitting beside Yone with the twins sitting in their own seats and Hori sitting in a baby chair between Mikoto and Yone.
"So when do you think the war will begin?" asks Sakumo as Yone sighs.
"Most likely in two years if our preparation continues as it does," says Yone as Minato and Kushina seemed scared from hearing that.
"Don't worry the battle won't reach Konoha," says Yone reassuring both when Sakumo seemed to worry as well.
"Will you and your wife join?" asks Sakumo as Yone looked at Mikoto.
"I don't know yet. I want to help my husband if I can but the children are still too young to be left alone," says Mikoto as she feeds Hori with a spoon.
"That means we both will be joining again," says Sakumo as Yone nods.
"I would like it if my wife stayed here but if the Hokage asks us all to join we will leave the kids with my grandmother," says Yone as Sakumo can understand why Yone said that.
They finished eating and the couple left while Minato left a bit earlier since he needed to get back home when Mikoto says, "We will need a bigger house."
"What do you mean?" asks Yone as Mikoto kissed Yone.
"We have three daughters and one son and soon the twins will need their own room instead of sharing it with Kushina," says Mikoto as Yone sees what Mikoto wanted to tell him as he sighs.
"How about I remove the roof and build a second floor with my clones," says Yone as it would be cheaper to build it himself than to buy a new house.
"It's your choice but we will sleep in the Senju Compound until you finish," says Mikoto as Yone kissed her.
"I'm fine with that," says Yone as he smiled at her when he picked her up and says, "Now where should I take you, my Queen."
"How about the bedroom," says Mikoto as she smiled.
They both went to sleep after a little session of love as the next morning Yone began with the building of the second floor using his clones and finished building the second floor after a month of work.
Two years passed since then and Konoha went to war. It was the Year 52 since Konoha was built. Yone and Mikoto were now 26 and 23 years old while Kushina was eleven, the twins were five and Hori was three.
Yone was at the front with his wife who was quite rusty while the children were with Mito and Biwako. Biwako is the wife of Hiruzen and is watching over Mito while all of the Senju Clan Members were on the front.
Nawaki was now 20 and married to Haru Hyuga. Haru stayed with Mito as well since she had a newborn by her side. Tsunade was still struggling to get pregnant with Dan.
Yone was fast in getting recognition from allies and enemies as he got a big reward put on his head for sweeping through the enemies.
He was back in the HQ as his wife was mostly there taking care of the wounded and never on the battlefield for his luck if not he would be too worried about her being out there.
Yone was resting around burning corpses as he was eating his breakfast when he continues again on his warpath to win this war. He was passing a group of Konoha Shinobis on his way to his next target.
He saw Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade between the Shinobis and decided to stick with them for now because he didn't have a good feeling about them marching that openly in enemy territory.
This went on for a while when they run into Ame Shinobis and a battle began between them. Konoha was losing when Yone entered the picture holding the Crownsblade as he entered Gear 2 making his body produce blue flames.
He rushed at the enemy when suddenly a man summoned a black salamander. Yone sees the Salamander and knew right away who was his opponent as he says, "Hanzo of the Salamander."
"Yone the walking Flame, I thought it was a rumor that your body can produce fire but it seems to be true," says Hanzo as Yone rushed at him.
"Let's see how poisonous your Salamander really is," says Yone as he slashes through the Ame Shinobis reaching Hanzo while his hand was suddenly surrounded by lightning and it sounded like birds chirping.
Yone tries to pierce the Salamander only to find a sickle come for him and he was forced to dodge. The Salamander made space between Yone and itself making Yone smile as he says, "One vs. Two is quite unfair how about we make it a Two vs. Two."
Yone takes the last scroll on him as making hand seals rapidly as he puts his hand against the scroll he opened and a giant smokescreen appeared out of nowhere.
Suddenly a giant snakehead comes out of the smoke surprising everyone as the snake asks, "Who dares to awaken me?"
"It's me Leviathan remember Jack made the contract for me with you," says Yone as he was standing on Leviathan's head.
"You," says Leviathan as he looked at Yone remembering that he made a contract with Yone, and says, "Yes, I remember the timid boy that almost shit his pants when he couldn't calculate the full lengths of my body."
Leviathan then looked at the battlefield and says, "You called me just for a stupid Salamander."
"Yes, I wanted to equalize the odds," says Yone as Leviathan seemed angry.
"Well at least he will be a nice snack before returning to the lake," says Leviathan as he began to move Tsunade and the others were watching as the giant snake in their eyes just opened its mouth and swallowed the black salamander and its owner.
Then it went through the battlefield and ate the enemies that remained as Yone was looking like the others how long Leviathan really was before he returned to the lake while a smokescreen appeared on the battlefield.
"Are you all alright?" asks Yone as the group only nods when Yone says, "Next time don't march that openly in enemy territory. You could have died today."
"What was that beast you summoned. It wasn't a snake from the Ryuchi Cave," says Orochimaru as Yone smiled.
"That's right. The beast I summoned is called Leviathan. It's called the World Snake because of its length and its origin. Also, it loves water as it normally sleeps until it is time to destroy the world," says Yone as he was told by Alfred who Leviathan was while the others were shocked that Yone had a summon that strong while Tsunade was only holding her head because nothing could shock her any longer when it came to Yone.
They returned to the HQ to report what happened when Yone says, "You all go first. I need to deal with something first."
"Be careful out there. Suna has a new poison master running around killing our people," says Tsunade as Yone seemed angry.
"They should call themselves lucky that I still haven't found them or I would have already avenged our parents by now," says Yone as his tone was cold.
"Just don't overwork yourself," says Tsunade as she leaves with the others towards the main HQ.
"Greet my wife from me," says Yone before he then walked deeper into enemy territory as he found a little empty house that could be used as a resting place for today.
He opened the door as he scanned the house that seemed to be used by someone when he sits against the wall and sleeps lightly not wanting to use the bed since it belonged to someone else.
An hour later the door opened slightly and three heads could be seen looking inside Yone heard the door open but was playing as he kept his eyes closed.
Then he heard steps he now knew it was three people that entered the cabin. He also knew they couldn't be shinobis because he heard their steps.
"What do we do with him?" asks a timid male voice.
"We should kill him. If the others find out that we are harboring the Konoha Shinobi that killed Hanzo we could be killed next," says another more confident male voice.
"But what if Konoha finds out what we did. We will be killed anyway and for one night no one will notice him," says a female voice that seemed scared when a dog seemed to bark in agreement with her.
'Three children. Are they orphans from the war or were they orphans before it? Maybe the parents are fighting in it,' thinks Yone when he slightly opened his eyes seeing all three as they were with their backs towards him.
One had red hair, the other had orange hair and the last had blue hair. Sudden Yone stood up and looked at the red-haired boy surprising the three children as they took a step back.
"What do we do now?" asks the girl as the orange-haired boy rushed at Yone holding a kunai he grabbed on the battlefield today.
Yone sighs as he grabs the boy by his hand and unarms him before looking at the redhead again.
"Boy, are you an Uzumaki?" asks Yone as the red hair looked confused at him.
"*sighs* You must be since your hair is red like mine. It's a trait mark of the Uzumaki family," says Yone as he let go of the orange-haired boy.
He looked at them while thinking, 'They are barely 7 years old and have to survive here alone. It would be better to take them to Konoha.'
"Where are your parents?" asks Yone as they all looked away.
"They are dead," says the orange-haired boy.
"And you are surfing here alone. How?" asks Yone as he looked at them seriously.
"We survive by stealing food from the market," says the girl not really proud of it but they need to do it to survive.
"Why did you not escape Ame then toward Tsuchi, Kaze, or Hi?" asks Yone since that would be the most normal thing to do.
"And how should we get there in this land full of war," says the orange-haired boy stating a truth.
"How about going to Konoha. I could adopt you after asking my wife since we adopted a girl a bit older than you all into our family. She would adopt you as well since she and I were orphans as well," says Yone as the dog walked towards Yone and sat in front of him.
"You can join as well," says Yone as he pets the dog.
"Won't Konoha have something against us joining them?" asks the orange-haired boy.
"They could but they really can't do much against it if I want you in the village since I'm the strongest," says Yone as he petted their heads when he leaves a mark in the cabin to return to it.
