Bab 112: Patience

A slight shifting on her bed made Histoire wake up in the early hours of the morning before even the sun had made its appearance. She opened her eyes, her head turned to face the wall and wondered about what she had just felt. She had been about to turn to look behind her when a hand rested on her lips from behind her and she heard a hushing sound telling her to remain silent. She felt her heartbeat accelerate in her chest. She could hear its drumming in her ears and oddly enough she felt it as well.

The hand moved away and she made no slight movements, just watching the wall. She knew exactly who the person behind her was. She had called for him the previous night and had expected him to hear her calling since he was somehow always around. But she did not think he would show up at that time in the morning and that near shocked her when she realized that there was someone in her room while she had locked her door.
