I clenched my hands into fists, stopping short a few distances away from Takahashi as he held Astherielle hostage, a small knife was threateningly close to her throat.

"It's quite amusing how you managed to come to my wedding uninvited, Margaux. Not only that, but you also brought some friends."

I laughed sarcastically, not giving Takahashi the chance to see how he was infuriating me. Images of my father and my little brother flashing before my eyes.

I don't think he could even imagine the conflict of emotion raging inside of me just at the mere sight of him.

I badly wanted to skin him alive.

However, with the current situation we have, I need to be wise and get rid of Takahashi's threatening hold on Astherielle first.

Holding my anger in check, I smirked at Takahashi.
