CHAPTER 295

Asia made her way to the door and opened it, taking her time.

She needed to make the situation look so believable for whoever the knocker was.

If it was Jade, she knew she would not disturb her. But if it was someone else, then there might have to be a discussion. Not that she cared anyway.

As soon as she opened the door and Jade's eyes landed on her… 

"Oh Asia," Jade began without looking at her carefully. "I came here to check up on you. I noticed you looked gloomy." That was when her gaze fell to Asia's shoulder and then she dared herself to go lower. 

She saw her friend's eyes pop wide open as she took a good grasp of the situation. 

It was not until she brought her eyes back to Asia's that Jade saw the flush heated mark on Asia's cheeks. "Oh my! Sorry!"
