Infinite variations of colors passed through Akasan's eyesight. He felt weightless, but incredibly heavy at the same time as he traversed the also-infinite distance from one Divine Realm to the next.
Then, it got dark.
Then, there was light.
Akasan shielded his eyes as he walked out onto dry land. He looked down, kicking his foot through some dirt. "Where… where am I?"
The scenery was glorious to say the least. Akasan was standing in the midst of a moderately-sized village, made up of large straw huts and even larger clay houses. Out in the open clearing was a field of tall grass, swaying ever so slightly in the cool breeze.
He looked up, and saw several celestial bodies that looked like planets in the bright cerulean blue sky, some closer than a moon would be to Earth. Even though it was daytime, countless stars still twinkled like it was the midst of night.
Amaterasu tapped him on the back. "We made it. This is the Overworld."
