Bab 137: SHOPPING TRIP

NARRATOR'S POV

                As soon as the door slammed close, Rachelle turned to her mother. Her face all red, her heart beating so quickly. Alexander will be going to the department store with her and will be joining them for dinner. If those are not enough to make her little heart go wild, she doesn't know what will.

"Mom" she stared.

"Why did you do that?" she asked, acting as if she did not like the result of their little game of telling lies.

"Oh hush now, both of us knows that you are thrilled for later" the older woman squealed. The thought of her one and only daughter going out on a date with her future son-in-law just thrills her.

"Now we need to prepare for tonight's dinner. My future son-in-law is coming over." She said turning in the direction of the kitchen.

"Oh and Rachelle, make sure to dress nicely for later," she said smiling widely. Her figure disappearing inside the kitchen.
