Bab 231: Willard Was The Reason

Nia placed her hand on the back of the chair she had been sitting on earlier and let out a laugh but it totally didn't sound like it was because she found something funny. She honestly hadn't suspected that Willard would do something like that. Willard had made Nikolay believe that he hadn't spoken to him before he died because if he didn't do that, Nikolay would have realized the thoughts that had been planted in his head weren't his and it would have only taken him a couple of days to figure out that Willard had messed with his head.

She remembered when she told him yesterday that Nikolay had abandoned Imani and Desmond after they died four years ago and he had seemed genuinely surprised but Willard has always been a good actor.
