Bab 207: Regrets?

That very same noon Katrina arrived, the whole villa was busy. I saw some new faces being brought in now and then, and they were either being led to the patriarch or Carina herself.

Apparently, Carina is overseeing the ceremony or something like that. I heard there's some sort of tradition before the big day.

It sounded way too different from the usual marriages. Maybe because it's the family way? Or the Mafia way? I have no fvcking clue but it looks hectic as hell.

I feel like getting dizzy watching them come and go like that.

I then saw Katrina in the living room as I made my way there, and there were a bunch of invitations and catalogs scattered on the table in front of her. Eris supported me along the way and helped me sit down before taking a seat with us too.

Looking at her stone-cold face, she does not seem like a woman getting married and more like someone dealing in business.
