"Brother Li, why did Grandmother's condition take a sudden downturn? Didn't the doctor assure us that the surgery was successful?" Ye Tianxin asked worriedly. When she heard of the terrible news, her heart beat fast, and she felt weak that she found it hard to stand.

Fortunately, Li Qingcang was beside her, and he managed to catch her with his arms. As Ye Tianxin looked as though she was on the verge of passing out, Li Qingcang quickly remarked, "Pull yourself together. Let's talk about this when we reach the ward."

He then carried Ye Tianxin all the way to the intensive care unit. It took them a while to reach Tianxin's grandmother's room.

When the doctor saw Li Qingcang and Ye Tianxin, he quickly walked towards them and said, "Young Master Li, someone snuck in to the ICU and removed the patient's oxygen mask before turning off the device."

Ye Tianxin immediately froze when she heard this. 'It's her. It must be Qin Lili,' she suspected.
