Bab 190: Blood

Yu Feng woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible stomachache.

As she clutched her stomach with her hand, Yu Feng could not help but regret that she had eaten too much while accompanying the General's wife during dinner earlier. Afterward, the servant had served some plum and she had eaten a few of them as well.

At this time, Yu Feng could only blame herself for being greedy. In the morning, she had reminded herself not to eat too much of those fruits. 

These days, it was easy for her to get hungry. Her appetite increased and she could not resist the temptation to eat a little bit more.

Another wave of pain attacked her and sweats trickled down her face. 

The pain was too great that she did not know if she could take it anymore. 

Yu Feng tried to get down from the bed. But after a few steps, her legs turned weak and she could no longer take another step. Her body slumped on the cold ground and she laid there unmoving.
