Bab 98: Proposal

At the end of the street, Sara saw blue with green hues body of water stretched in front of her. The sound of waves breaking on a fine sunny Sunday morning was a rare opportunity as the warm breeze caressed her skin and the salty air hits her nose and tastebud. It was a morning she would like to engrave on her mind forever.

As she reached the shore, she speculated wonderful natural markings across the beach, the clean and white sands tempted her to run barefooted so her soles could experience the grainy texture. She was fascinated by the crabs' ability to sculpt tiny balls of sand, itching herself to squash it with her fingers.

However, Lucas seemed to be more interested to go to the wharf than play with the sand.

The pier's wooden floorboard creaked as their weight pressed against it. Its gate was a three-storey Victorian-era building with cream-coloured walls and its dome-shaped roof in cyan.
