Bab 101: Chapter102

Something is fishy... I thought. 

Quickly I completed my breakfast and went to my room to make a call to Karthik.

Priya: Good morning, my dear husband.

Karthik: Good morning, sweetheart...

Priya: Will you tell me the truth, if I ask you where Dhruv was last night?

Karthik: Hmmm... actually .... yesterday...

Karthik was stammering...

Priya: What happened? Why was he injured?

Karthik: Yesterday when he dropped Shreya, I was waiting for Dhruv at Arvind's house. When his car arrived, I asked him to go out for dinner. While we were talking, Amrutha asked to have dinner at their home. He was distributed seeing her. So I decided to take him to our villa.

Priya: Then

Karthik: We had a small party at our home. Last night, he had more pegs of alcohol. So, accidentally he slipped on the stairs while climbing and there was a small cut on his forehead.....

He said in a low voice.
