According to him, this skill is much better than using First Form in terms of efficiency.

All High Humans could activate their First Form. 

On the other hand, Normal Humans can't transform to any form. They will be born with the initial form and die with it.

 The High Humans were much superior to normal Humans. They could tap their potential and transform into their individual First Form for a short time.
