Bab 99: Rose des Sables

"No way! It's a trap, you don't kid me," Jun answered Haruki with a laugh. The baker also wanted to keep a good vibe.

The tense atmosphere had been purposely left behind. They wanted to make the most of their time together. 

The two were looking around in search of a good place to camp, while enjoying the exotic desert landscape. Contrary to what the singer had imagined, that there would only be sand on all sides, he was discovering the beauty of the creeping plants that appeared here and there. He even saw one Adenium obesum specimen, a tree the singer had only seen in bonsai form. The tree was majestically tall with its plump trunk and some little leaves and flowers at the very tip!

"I will miss this place. It's so beautiful!" Haruki confessed his enchantment. The desert had captivated him. 

"I always wanted to see something like the Saudi desert," Jun told Haruki.
